As a thank you to all of our loyal customers, past, present and future, we wanted to do a giveaway.

In order to be entered into this giveaway, you must fill out the form below and post a comment on our Facebook page or tweet us (make sure you have @EarthworksAudio in your tweet) about the KickPad.

We’ll be asking lots of questions about the KickPad to our followers and fans, so you can comment/reply on those or just post on our wall. You only need to post once in order to be entered. Multiple comments/posts will not increase your chances of winning. Entries and posts must be received by April 30, 2011 at 11:59 pm EST. The winner will be drawn and notified on May 1, 2011.

Official Giveaway Rules

1. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
2. You must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of the United States.
3. Prize winners are responsible for all local, state and federal taxes.
4. By accepting a prize, all winners agree that Earthworks may post his/her name in any and all media, including future advertising or publicity, without further consideration, unless prohibited by law.
5. If we are unable to make contact with the winner within 14 days, a new winner will be chosen.
6. Earthworks reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the giveaway, reject any entry, or make any revisions to the official rules as we deem necessary.
