15 Year Warranty

We view our products as creative tools and understand the importance of reliability in the field. Earthworks® provides a 15 year warranty on parts and labor for microphones, unless the unit is damaged by abuse or modification.

Serial number is found in the XLR housing.

Enforceable by the original retail purchaser as of January 1, 2011, Earthworks’ 15-year warranty ensures its product to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of fifteen years from the date of original retail purchase. By simply registering the product online within 30 days of purchase, customers can rest assured their investment is protected.

Accessories are covered by a 90 day warranty, unless the unit is damaged by abuse or modification. KickPads and LevelPads are covered by a 3 year warranty, unless the unit is damaged by abuse or modification.
